5. Kindly note that mechanism of redressal should be available as document and should be hosted in the HEI‟s Website. The link of the same shall be provided to validate the same.

2. Please provide year-wise list of students placed along with placement details for the last five years.

3. Please provide links/documents relating to placement cell such as brochures, appointment letter of student, tie-ups etc.

4. Please provide year-wise list for students who have joined for higher education for the last five years.

5. Please provide proofs like, admission letters or identity cards or higher degree certificates.

6. Please provide the list of the number of outgoing students year-wise during the last five years.

2. Please provide academic year-wise qualifying certificates of the students for the last five years.

1. HEI is requested to Participation / appreciation certificates and awards from regional / local / institutional levels should be avoided. Please relook and provide correct revise data.

3. Kindly note that award for a team event should be counted as one.

4. Kindly note that only university/state/ national or international achievements will be considered.

5. Kindly note that awards from intra or inter institutions will not be considered.

6. Kindly exclude inter-collegiate awards.
